Who we are

What data we collect
- Booking details you enter in our online calendar: name, email, phone, the address where the work is to be done and job notes.
- Information you give us by phone or email.
- Job records: work done, photos of the work, invoices and payments.
Why we use it and our legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)
- To book, carry out and invoice your job — performance of a contract.
- To answer your questions — steps taken at your request before a contract / legitimate interest.
- To keep accounting and tax records — legal obligation.
- To improve our service and handle complaints — legitimate interest.
We do not sell your data, use it for automated decision-making or send marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
Bookings are managed with Google Calendar (Google Ireland Limited), which acts as our processor. Some data may be transferred outside the EEA by our providers; such transfers are protected by EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. We may also share data with our accountant or where required by law.
How long we keep it
Booking and contact data for enquiries that don't go ahead: up to 12 months. Job and invoice records: 6 years, as required by Irish tax law. Then it is deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email us to exercise any right — we reply within one month.

Security
We use reputable providers and limit access to your data to people who need it to deliver your job.
Children
Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 16.

We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page.
